Gobble Gobble Goo!

We had a great Thanksgiving with Dadaji, Dadima, Tauji, Taiji, and Ishaan bhaya, along with Uncle Harley, Auntie Elyse, my buddy Daphne, and Big Z.
I ate turkey and potatoes, and Ani ate her usual.
Daddy didn't move for most of the weekend, but he said he was okay.

It's Monkey Time!

Baby Bhardwaj, v 2.0

Welcome Home, Anika!
I can't wait to teach you all the good stuff I know, and some of the naughty stuff too.
You came out 1 pound heavier than I did,  but I still carry all the weight around here!

Also, some bonus pictures of me and Meera Auntie's visit (super fun!)

Time for me to get rested... more soon.

School of Rock, Paper, Safety Scissors

I went to my first day of preschool today, and had a blast.
Mommy and Daddy dropped me off, and teacher Diane showed me what it takes to make it in the big time.
I can't wait until we learn how to rewire a bathroom... Mom and Dad could use the help with the remodel.

The big 0-2!

Happy belated birthday to me.  I turned 2 on June 9th, and Mom and Dad celebrated their anniversary by hogging all of my ice cream cake.
Now that I'm not a little kid anymore, I've really started to branch out.
More climbing, less falling.
More milk in my mouth, less on the floor.
More delicate control over mommy and daddy, less random demands... they're like putty in my hands.  With any luck, I'll have a pony by week's end...

...I've also developed a new-found fondness for ellipses points... they're like little written polka-dots.

my new house

More big news!  We bought a house.
It's close to the lakes, and gives me plenty of room to run around.
It's a little green for my taste, but Daddy said that a purple house was "out of the question," whatever that means.
I'll just have to make it purple myself!

Welcome home, Ishaan

Tauji and Taiji's baby came out to play on May 19th.
He's awesome!  It's nice to have a little brother, especially since I'm not the littlest anymore.
Ishaan Shankar Bhardwaj, you have a lot to learn.  Stick with me, and you'll do just fine.

Aloha

We had a great time in Maui.
I played in the ocean, built sandcastles, and went swimming and whale watching.
Daphne and I caused all manner of trouble!  She's a really good swimmer!
Can't wait to go back!

Hellooooooo, baby!

Here's the first picture of my new baby brother or sister.
She's sucking her thumb...I'm pretty sure she gets that from me.  Or Dad.
Right now she's been in there for about 15 weeks, and Mommy says she's the size of an apple.
I can't wait to meet her (or him).
Bottom line- I just moved up on the totem pole.

Someone's in the Kitchen with Uma

I saw Uma kissing Mamaji...

Merry Xmas

We had a great time this Christmas in Cleveland.
I got a ton of loot, including a Mini Racer II, to compliment Nanima's big version.
Santa and I got together again, this time with mixed results.  Mommy horned in on my photo with the fat man this year (I think she wanted some face time for her own list!).
Daddy taught me how to tear through rapping paper like an animal.
I got to cook with Nanaji, and Mamaji taught me the importance of hair products (I'll let him explain).
Merry Xmas everyone.
Talk to you next year!

Happy Holidays

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.  We just got back from India and had a wonderful time.  I met lots of my family.  I had so much fun playing with my cousins I didn't want to leave. I saw the Taj Mahal and shopped with Dadima.  I saw camels, elephants, peacocks, and cows up close.   I can't wait to go back.

Indira Gandhi's Memorial

I was so exhausted from playing at India Gate that I slept all the way through the memorial.

India Gate

We got to India Gate before many people were there so I got to run around and play.
