Here's a photo of my first push-up. I've found it is important to exhale on the effort.
With any luck, i'll be crawling soon, and doing these one-handed.
I went to music class today, played a drum and ate some bells. I am just short of being a virtuoso bell-eating machine.
I'm getting excited for xmas, and will write soon.
